Conte Co. CPA, Inc. is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio as a professional corporation, and possesses a valid permit to practice through October 31, 2020.

Further, our firm is pleased to note that we have successfully completed the Ohio Peer Review Program, as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. To summarize the report for the same, Conte Co. CPA, Inc.'s standards have, in the opinion of the reviewing firm, met:

"the system of quality control for the accounting and auditing practice of Conte Co. CPA, Inc. in effect for the year ended December 31, 2017, has been designed to meet the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice established by the AICPA, and was complied with during the year then ended to provide the firm with reasonable assurance of conforming with professional standards."
